FREE Concert Tonight in Hendersonville NC

June 29, 2015   Monday Night Live concert series   featuring  Pop the Clutch.  These summer concerts are held at the Visitors Center in historic downtown Hendersonville NC. 

Bring a lawn chair, but no pets or alcohol. The seating area opens after 5:30 PM and the concerts are from 7 PM - 9 PM

June 22, 6 PM - 8 PM   Todd's Free Summer Music Concert Series   A FREE summer music series in historic Todd, NC. The series has become a tradition in Todd over the last decade and features some of the best known musicians in the region and a range of musical genres from blues to bluegrass to country. Bring a blanket, a chair and your family and friends.

Maggie Valley Concert Series opens the 2013 Season this Sunday

May 19, 6:30 PM    Maggie Valley Concert Series     Live outdoor concert by the Haywood Community Band. Bring a blanket or a chair, picnic supper and enjoy the beautiful Maggie Valley sunset. The theme for this concert will be, "From the Library," and will feature memorable music from the past, including Over the Rainbow, Strike Up the Band, and All Shook up. The event is FREE and open to the public.

The concerts are performed on the third Sunday of the month from May through October at the Maggie Valley Pavilion next to the Maggie Valley Town Hall.

Labor Day Events: Asheville's Symphony in the Park

September 3   Symphony in the Park The Asheville-Buncombe Youth Orchestra performs a FREE outdoor concert at Pack Square Park on Labor Day beginning at 5:30 PM. The ABYO is a thirty-five year-old organization with 60+ musicians from five counties in Western North Carolina and includes public, private and home-schooled students.

Mountain Dulcimer Concert Today in Bryson City

February 12 , 3 PM - 4:30 PM:  Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer Concert -  Free concert.  Featuring two of the country's finest players of the Appalachian Mountain Dulcimer, Lois Hornbostel and Ehukai Teves performing a spirited traditional Southern Appalachian, Celtic, Hawaiian, and other World Music performed at the Swain County Center for the Performing Arts, 1415 Fontana Rd. in Bryson City.
