This Thursday Brusin' Ales will be joined by Stuart Shefter from Fullsteam Brewery out of Durham, North Carolina. This 5.2 percenter is brewed with 007 Idaho, Galaxy, and Cascade hops, and includes an intriguing malt bill of flaked oats, light crystal, plus a fair amount of wheat. “We’d been wanting to play with the 007 Idaho and to brew a session IPA,” says Pete Langheinrich, head brewer. “The hops give this easy-drinking beer a fantastic aroma and fruity flavors of tangerine, apricot, and pineapple.” Also known as “The Golden Hop,” 007 Idaho gives this summer beer a crisp, complex character.
