October 12 - 13 Tour De Falls in Dupont State Forest A favorite annual event providing easy access to the falls without strenuous trail walking 9:00AM-2:30PM, buses will be available in the parking lot on DuPont/Staton Rd. to take visitors to High Falls, Triple Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, and Lake Julia, donation - adults $12, $6 ages 6-17, under 6 free, sponsored by Friends of DuPont Forest

Hungar Games Fan Tours this Weekend
Date: August 24-26 Hunger Games Fan Tour Explore DuPont State Forest and see The Hunger Games movie locations. Learn basic survival skills: orienteering, camouflage, and shelter building. Lunch will be provided in Hunger Games style. Shuttle service, DuPont State Recreational Forest permit, light Hunger Games lunch and guides provided. Pre-registration required. Cost is $79 per person.
