During the ADGA (Asheville Downtown Gallery Association)  Art Walk this Friday from 5 to 8 PM  The Grove Arcade will be grooving to the sounds of a free concert by Motownblue, featuring the Arcade's own singing security guard William Stafford.  Santé Wine Bar will be offering wine in the north Arcade.

Several participating Arcade Galleries galleries will be open with many hosting special exhibitions and events.  Visit the  Fine Arts League of the Carolinas Gallery, Mountain Made, Ray Pottery and Alexander & Lehnert will be open, and Asheville NC Home Crafts continues its long-running "Sit and Knit." Marc Edward & Company is hosting a special exhibition of tapestry, sculpture, paintings and photos. Frederick E. Bryson, a local writer, will be signing books at Mountain Made.
Alexander and Lehnert Fine Jewelry will be celebrating a recent trip to Key West with the paintings of Key West by local artist Chris Moses (pictured). You are invited to join them for some margaritaville and paradise memories as you stroll the gallery.
